  • Replacing a convertible top

Even though I bought a new C6 Corvette Coupe 4 months ago, I couldn't part with the Ragtop. Despite 110,000 miles now, she is still running like a top and again delivering 29 MPG Highway after a good tune up.

But, the top is going. Starting to really see wear along the rear bow (just above the rear window), and a spot just in front of the rear bow where there will probably soon be a hole.

All that to say, what is my best bet for replacing the top? Are OEM tops available for installation? I really don't want an aftermarket top (want the original look), but know I will most likely have to pay to have the top replaced. Any idea of cost? Thanks for your thots.

No, I think not. At some point I plan to sell it and get a bunch of my bucks back-hopefully. But.. thanks for the idea!!
