When i go to turn on my right turn signal it just sticks it dont flash inside or outside car. like left one does it just started messing up last night what you think wrong with it?

Do you mean it lights up on teh dash and doesn't flash? If yes, that means one of your bulbs is burned out. no bulbs are burnt out i checked them when i put right signal on to turn it dont flash at all outside car or inside its just like puting on brakes but with only 1 side working but brake lights work and left turn signal flashs but not the right side wont flash at all1996 Firebird Formula

I think you missed a bulb somewhere. What you are describing is a classic burnt out filament in one of the bubs for the turn signal.
