help installing in dash dvd

Anybody have an in dash DVD? I have a Kenwood, and it came with 3 boxes. The head unit, an amp, and a sirius box. Any suggestions as to where I should put the amp? Totally clueless. The only place I can think of is under the passenger seat.

And the bundle of wires is going to be a PITA to get behind the radio.
