  • engine reving but no burn out more of a clutch slip?

hey on my 94 formula i rev the engine and drop the clutch but no burn out sounds like its trying to go but never engages? do i need a new clutch do i need to bleed the system? or just an ajustment?feels like itit just doesn't do anything
but when im already in 1st and go around a corner and then pin the gas it burn out no problem but that is when it is already engaged ... so it an engaging problem??? should i adjust the clutch pedal to lower?

system is a hydralic(sp?), no adjustments can be made. when u drive it, put it in 3rd gear and rev it then dump the clutch, that should tell u if ur clutch is slipping, thats the test we did back in highschool

Pull your hand brake and engage 1st gear...if there slip, it would feel like the engine is revving, if the car moves immediately, might not be the clutch after all. You say its a 94...when the last time you installed a new clutch?
