crank pulley bolt broke off

need some help. had to redo the front main seal on a 94 z28 and when reinstalling the crank pulley the bolt broke. we drilled it out and tried to remove it with a easy out and it broke off too. what is our next step....

Drill again (goint to be real hard) or replace crank.

BTW, you don't install the crank hub with the bolt.

that what i thought but i was hoping not to have to tell him that. he had enough issues b4 this happened. he is ordering the install tool tommorow but we got to get the easy out....out!
