Remote Locking problems???

Hi everyone,got an unusual problem with my remote locking,it locks fine with the remote fob,but it wont unlock,unless you use the key, as its the same button on my fob to lock and unlock,i can rule that out,any other ideas?

Your lock and unlock are the same buttons? If so, you must have an aftermarket system. I'd search the web and try to find some information on your system and go from there.

I agree with Gary...if you're using the button to both lock and unlock, it's aftermarket. Do you know what system you're using? Did the problem just pop up? If you can figure out the security system you're using I'm positive you can search (google) a troubleshoot procedure online.
