And in terms of gas mileage, my 3.73 auto is a hog.
Then again, that's not exactly why I own it.
funny though....... my 94 with a 3.4 with 3.42 gears only gets about 26 on the highway tops. That extra gear ratio really does put your mileage in the toilet in a hurry. Now that I'm driving the WS6 daily, I almost want to swap the 3.73 rear and use the 2.73 out of the 93 and go for gas mileage.
That sounds like an expierement...log what your gas mileage is with the 3.73's for a while, then swap in the 2.73's and see what the difference is. And maybe a couple of 1/4 mile runs to see the difference in that too

Well, so far I can tell you that my average with 3.23s was 25 mpg combined, best highway mileage was 30.
My average with 3.73s dropped to 20 mpg combined, best highway mileage has been 25 mpg.
However, when I hit the throttle with 3.73s and don't fully hook until 3rd gear, the mileage becomes irrelevant.
