does anyone know of a good place to buy a lt1 long block

local machine shop said don't bother rebuilding my engine since it threw a piece of the rod through the oil pan and sheared the bolts connecting the cam

So i am looking for a long block to put onto my car I'm not as worried about high end performance i don't need the car to be a complete beast but on the other hand i do want my car to sound very mean and be able to get up and go faster than it used to : )

so i was thinking something along the lines of a long block with upgraded heads, cam, and valve train components then getting some BBK headers and a y pipe with high flow cats.

if anyone has any suggestions on a good place to start looking for stuff it would be greatly appreciated or any feedback on a store you know of
