    has any one ever replace their pump by cutting a hole in the floor of the trunk, and if so what all is involved, like were to cut. thanks Marty

      it has 190,000 miles. it is a 91 model firebird. i am just looking for the quickest and cheapest way to fix it so i can sell it.

        I'd Say, do it the Old fashion way, If u cut it up then the resale Value will go down if they notice that.

          well from looking around the net, it looks like that i will have to do it the right way. i guess the fuel lines make it hard to take out from the top.
