    can you fit 315s on a set of 18 inch rims for a 93 trans am? thanks for the help
    93 trans am lt1 soon to be a 406 gen 1 sbc all bolt ons zr1 wheels dr in back built 700 r4.

    Depends on the exact size of the tire and the exact size of the wheel. You would probably be looking at a 315/30-18 to match the stock tire size. That will require at least a 10.5"-11.5" wide wheel. An 18x11.0 wheel would require a 50mm offset to keep the wheel/tire just barely under the fender, and just barely against the inner fender liner. You ***MIGHT*** still need to:

    -hammer the inner fenders
    -cut the projecting edges off the jounce bumper brackets
    -recenter the body over the axle with an adjustable panhard rod.
