I have a 2000 firebird and my drivers side ground effects is bowed out. I just noticed it cause there was road salt in the crack between the body and the ground effect piece. It looks like its that way because of getting in and out of the car. The other side is jus fine. My question: How do I fix it without pulling it off or messing it up bad? I'm no car body repair guy. How are they hooked to the frame? Is there a way to adjust them?

What model do you have? Only the TA had ground effects from the factory. You could get a "GT" package for the V6 or Formula, but that was a dealer install option. Or, is it some aftermarket kit?
You could try cleaning the area that is bowed out to insure its free from dust and dirt, and then use some professional grade double faced body tape to try and hold it closer to the body. There is no "frame" to hook them to. They just attach to the rocker panel.Fred
