Finally got my Firebird (87) out last night after having been tucked up for 3 months over the winter. Started first time and everythings fine except when I got back home and turned off the headlights, the lights went out but they both stayed up.
I've read all the threads on here about headlight problems, and have established that the motors aren't stripped as there was/is no grinding sound. I've manually lowered them, and the come up when I turn the lights on, but won't go back down.
I don't know if its coincidence, but the dome light has stopped working too.
I'm thinking the headlight problem is probably a connection, or relay/fuse. But how come they still go up ok??
Anyone got any ideas?
