  • stock stall and et streets

I am planning to purchase a set of 26x11.5x16 et streets that are mounted on salad shooters. I was wondering would that be too much of a tire for a stock stall? For power mods I have K&N cold air kit, Mac headers and y-pipe, SLP 2 on da left cat back I also got lower control arms, subframe connectors, pan hard bar and to be installed is relocation brackets. So would I be fine or should I just got drag radials? Any suggestions would be greatly apprecaited. Oh yeah one more thing it is a 95 Z28 A4 with 3.42s. Thanks.

You might see marginal 60' gains, but I don't think a stock TC will shock the tires enough to make them really wrinkle up and bite down.

Just get some Nittos DR's instead.

The nittos slowed me down with 3.23's,
218/224 cam, gtp stage 2 heads..
not enough stall on the stock torque
with that cam to help me off the line. (too slow).

I had quicker 60's with street tires (1.91)

With the vigilante 2800 stall, I have to
      goto 19 psi on Nittos.
