ABS Delete?!?

Ok my problem is that where my intake tube crosses the front of my engine compartment it's getting pinched inbetween my ABS and my radiator. I have an ATI setup which is why it is routed in this location. So my question is what is your guys opinion on getting rid of my ABS, to get rid of the clearance issues.?

personally, I would not bypass it. Relocate it, redesign the intake tube, something.......
