I haven't gotten far enough to test it, I have abouyt a dozen wires to splice first. The instrument cluster was blown apart in the accident and it appears to be the only thing damaged that would affect it from starting and running. anyone run the car with the cluster disconnected?

The PCM doesn't have many interfaces to the dash panel..... SES light, tach and speedo. There is no "feedback" of any kind that I have ever found. I'll guess "yes".Fred
