Sway bars

Ok, so I've been looking at the different sway bars out there, and I was wondering...
BMR says theirs are cold bent
Spohn says hot
Both companies say their method is better

which one really is better?

I went through the same thing with the same 2 companies. I really don't know. I ended up buying the BMRs just because I wanted the BMR sub frame connectors and I wanted all of my suspension to be by one company. I don't think you can go wrong with either of them and I think the performance of them are similar.
