91 RS TBI Swap to 350TPI

I am doing a TPI Swap from an 87 350 TPI to a 91 TBI... I wanted to know if I can use the wiring harness from the 87 in my 91 RS? Also does anyone have the steps or any tips to help with the process? Anyone know if i need to disable VATS? etc
