Black Stockers?

I have been wanting to paint my rims. I want a Low Profile car. Just like an all around dark car. What do u guys think about a glossy Black. Opinions

I like the whole blackout rim idea...and not that it looks bad with your stock rims, but i really think you should step up to a 17" rim. You can get the ZO6 rims blacked out..ZR1 rims blacked out..there are alot of good choices out there. unless you are on a tight budget

Save the time and money for 17's...but, if you want something different for the time being...sure, why not.

You know what, I was going to get the all black ZO6 rims but a lot of people are getting them All Black with chrome lip. I see them around here a lot and they are just played out (and I hate the ZR1's). If im going to get some rims im going for some 18's or something. Stickly looks. The reason why I dont get new rims is not the price of the rims, Its the price for the tires. I would be looking at close to $1000 if not more. I Think it would look pretty bitchen if they are all glossy black. I do plan to do it right. Sand them all down, Degrease them. Then use rim spray paint and then a lot of clear. This is just a Temp. fix to making those extremely ugly rims look decent. So ya guys think it looks alright,

p.s. keep in mind my windows are tinted now too.

Thats what you call Flat Black no? I like it too but I was thinking about it and bc my car shines a lot when its clean, it would look tacky. Some shiny rims and tires should set it off.

Absolutely hate Chrome or Polish. To much flash. I like low profile look. Unless they are HRE rims I wont get Polish or chrome.

Like I said before, Im asking for an opinion on how it looks not what i should do. ha ha ha ha

Oh yeah they are. But they are 17's. That means I have to buy tires. And once again thats some serious money. The point is My budget is about $30 for a new change. Should I or shouldnt I. Workin with what I got.

Im pretty confident it will look better than how they are now. Plus just got some pretty nice looking new lug nuts. They are chrome so it will set it off.

Depend's what kinda paint you buy if buy cheap stuff it look crappy
