Headlight Troubles

I have an '89 Firebird and I have no dim lights, and whenever I pop the headlights up the motor spins after I let of the switch. Also when I put them down it does the same or they randomly go up or down or spin the motors when I'm not even near the switch. What do you think this could be? The switch maybe? Other electrical gremlins? Feedback anyone? Thanks_LT1_Performance

I had the same problem with my 86 and it turned out to be a bad relay behind the pass. side headlight.
