  • F-body Frames

Does anybody know if there is a huge difference in frames between 2nd and 3rd generation ponitiac firebirds? I'm doing a project car for my buddy and I have no F-body experience. This question is for a header application. So any help on this would be appreiated. Thank you.

      They are totally different.

A 2nd gen has front frame rails.

A 3rd gen is unibody up front. No removable frame rails.
