Today I took my car for a drive for the first time since the LT1 swap. WOW!!Thats really the only way to sum it up. The engine runs like a dream. Even with my LT1 throttle cable only allowing me about 75% throttle, it flat hauls a$$! Only problem right now is my Edelbrock STB. It only has 1/8" clearance between itself & the alternator. When I drive in reverse the two hit and make an awful noise. I think I will shim the STB up an 1/8" or so and see if that fixes the problem.
