  • How hard to change injectors?

My LT1 has a brief stumble from low rpm when you try to accelerate hard. I'm fairly certain it's injectors. How hard are they to replace yourself? Any tricks I should know about? THANKS!!!!!!!1

What makes you think its the injectors? Can it be the Opti? Or bad wires or plugs? Have you tried Injector cleaner?

Do you have a mass airflow sensor? Could need cleaning. sounds exactly like what my ragtop was doing. A $7 can of MAF cleaner from OReillys Auto parts cured my problem in 10 minutes.

It's very easy. Unplug the 8 injectors, and pull the 4 5/16 bolts out of the top of the intake that holds the fuel rail down. Pull it off and forward, then pull the injectors.
