  • Brake Master Cylinder Problem

Will finally got the Firebird back from the mechanic and got a surprise.. The Aerospeed dual caliper and rotors for the rear were what I wanted but the Strange Master cylinder and half the brake pedal pressure were not..Still have the vacuum booster as well.. Ripped out the ABS and didnt even ask.. But anyhow, does this setup sound correct?? Was trying to get a lot of boost on the starting line..Does it need to be driven some what to brake in or should I find another mechanic.. Taking recommendations for someone in the Delaware area..SLP in NJ ??

93 Firebird with Grand National motor,Deltrans trans 7004r,Moser rear with 373 gears.. 1/4 mile racer.. Wanted to keep ABS for the street..11.4s with a 2.0 short time but running it out at 128mph bouncing it off the rev limiter at 6500 in 3rd.. Just upgrade the torque convertor with a 3500 TCS unit.. Broke off the torque conv. bolts down at Bowling Green at the Buick Nats shifting into overdrive..Looking to get the new 295 45 17 Mickeys that just came out to get revs down..
