    The writeup is sort of weak, because at no point does he ever check the throttle blade to actually VERIFY that it is at EXACTLY 90-degrees. Relying totally on the voltage without even looking at it is not correct. A couple people pick up on that at the end of the thread, but the point is lost.

    You can pull your inlet connector off, put the accel pedal on the floor, and check to see if the blade is at a 90-deg angle (perfectly parallel to air flow).
