If you are talking about your 95 F-Body, it doesn't have a frame. Its a unit body, with stiffened sub-frames welded to the body sheet metal in the back for the rear suspension, and in the front for the front suspension and engine support. Generally, in a severe accident, the complete body bends out of shape. Have you ever seen a car "crabbing" down the street..... the car is going straight down the street, but the body is pointing slightly to one side. Its "drivable".... unsuspecting people buy them all the time, and drive them not knowing how screwed up the body is.
You need an accurate assesment of the damage.... "frame damage" is not accurate, and really doesn't tell you anything about the type of damage and the magnitude.Fred

Take it to a body shop that specializes in unibody repair and offers free estimates. They should have a nice fancy computerized rack that can accurately assess the damage.
They should be able to give you a written estimate of the frame damage, how far out it is and where the damage is.
Post that info. here and everyone can chime in.My DD

However, me, personally- I don't know if I would want to drive around in that car- How much flexing and bending can one take, and still be safe in an accident? I suspect, but don't have rigorous proof, that a second accident would fold it up even worse- but I do know that a good shop can get a car frame or unibody back into better-than-new alignment- and may even offer a warranty on their work- I would at least get an estimate-2001 Z28 A4 - 160 deg t-stat, 3.42 gears, WS6 sway bars, rear springs and shocks, UMI SFC's, Torque Arm and STB, leather Firebird seats, Borla, SLP Y-pipe and lid, ZO6 cam and springs - 332 RWHP and 346 RWTQ, not bad for 'almost stock' - work in progress
