its really easy if you have a fuel disconnect tool if not you just have to push the line into the filter then push in the little buttons its a pain without the tool but can be done its how i did mine. the whole not getting under the car haha that might be a problem.

hah ah I didnt notice that going under the car thing. Yeah Its nearly impossible to do it and not go under the car. Just use the jack and lift the car.

It is probably close to how you do it on a 1995.

Amen, brother! It's a big ha-ha until you have one drop on you-

Filter is easy, up in the frame rail in front of the driver's side rear tire- easy to follow the fuel line, and, yes, the tool to pop the connector makes it a lot easier- it can be done by hand, pushing the little 'ears' in, but it's fussy-

Technically, you are supposed to relieve the pressure on the line (there is a schrader valve under the hood, up on the fuel rails) but, if you haven't run the car in a couple hours, most likely the pressure has leaked down. Expect a few tablespoons of fuel to drip out- probably don't want to be smoking while you're doing this-

Most people don't change these any where near enough- it's cheap and can make a noticeable improvement in fuel delivery
