  • Speedometer Gear Help!!?!?

I installed 3.42 rear end gears so now I need to correct my speedometer. I bought a 45 tooth driven gear which is what I calculated for what I need to do the correction. I've seen a few different sites with this information but didn't really have a definitive answer. Do I need a different speed sensor to go with this 45 tooth gear? The 45 tooth gear is larger than the stock 37 so I have to assume there is some sort of problem with the meshing of the drive and driven gears. Any information will be greatly appreciated and as soon as possible. Thanks!!
