Where is this Opti thing located in the car? I know it must have to do something with the electrical system. and Opti must be short for optimum. Anyway I have no clue what this does, is it apart of the starter? I want to know because it rains here lots and puddles everywhere I want to like cover that bastard with like a mini tarp hahaha.

Or something like that. It's behind the water pump.
