There is one in the Haynes manual. FYI if you replace the bearings, you will need a way to hang the transmission by the input shaft, put a dial indicator under the tail shaft and measure the clearance of the bearings. You then might have to take it all apart and change the shims. Changing the shims requires pressing the bearing off and on.
I would recommend taking it to the pros to do a full rebuild. Now you can change the synchros on gears 1,2,3, and 5 without a press or checking the end play pretty easily. If you don't need bearings and you are on a budget, it's not a real bad way to go.
