exhaust questions.

right now i just need to purchase a y-pipe and a cat. what does everything thing of this y-pipe its a pacesetter high flow for 130.Pacesetter Y-Pipe

and what about suggestions for a high flow cat i will post the link of my pick. thanks guys

High Flow Cat

now this looks like i comes with a y-pipe, does anyone think the airflow on this y-pipe will be just as good as an aftermarket y-pipe. right now im running stock manifolds, i plan on buying a set of shorty headers by the end of summer along with a cat-back. i was gonna do the full exhaust from motor back but i kinda had to cut the pipes for my swap and couldnt weld them back as good as they should be so what the hay ill just buy new pipes. but cant afford a grand or two for headers and all.
