  • TB spacers?

I am looking to buy a throttle body spacer for the LT1. I can't find one does anybody know whether they don't have one or is this not help HP anyway? A friend told me it would trick the computer and help with horsepower.

Don't think it's going to help and there is really no room to put one on a 4th gen. (probably why you cannot find one)

I would not spend money on that. How much are they?

Thanks , just wanted to make sure. I didn't see how the ram air would work with that anyway.

Throttle body spacers don't work that well. In fact, I've never seen them help anything but TBI cars. The other thing they can be useful for is tapping for nitrous jets, but that's only if you'd like to remove the system in the future.

You're better off just getting a larger diameter TB and being done with it.
