                Thanks Guys...

I have to say that the support for all the troops has been unbelievable and I'm sure they know it over there. I'll be sure to pass on as much as I can! Heck, I saw a guy a couple months ago stop his semi when he saw me in uniform just to get out and shake my hand.

No matter their political views almost everyone here respects the sacrifices made. And that is incredible!

Here's a shot my gf took last weekend. Not the best shot (car had gone through the rain) Won't be doing much of this for a while though.....

I just got back an hour ago. It took 3 flights and 28 hours elapsed time. I'll be going back after Thanksgiving to take a year tour. Send me a private email and I'll hook up with you over there. I have an apartment and a SUV in Kuwait City. I know where all the shopping centers and Starbucks are. Right now its Ramadan so you can't eat, smoke, drink liquids in public during daylight or you face arrest. It sure put a crimp in my morning commute (no coffee or smoking til I get on base).

                          im in iraq!!!

Wussup man. Good, maybe you'll come take my spot here in iraq. Well not good for you, but good for me. I was here earlier in the year when the war kicked off, went back for a few months and Iraq is my current residence. It's not as bad as you think it is, especially in kuwait. Here in Iraq is another story. The "war" is not over by any stretch of the imagination. Put it this way, i was there helping out when the chinook went down a week or two ago. I'm riding convoys all the time and its not fun. Any questions for me, email me at jonathan.beck1@us.army.mil and i'll answer what i can. Thank you all for those who appreciate what we are doing. Good to finally get back on this forum, beena few months!
