Hard to say. I have had one to last over 150k miles and I have had a new one shred in a year on the same car. They do stretch over time. If the belt tensionor still has spring room to go tighter and it isn't cracked or frayed or squeeking I'd let it go. I will say I replaced the one of the wife's car at 100k just because I didn't want it to fail on her. I replaced all the belts and hoses at 100k.

I have replaced my belt 2 times in 115K miles and the tensioner once.

The most recent time the belt wasn't in that bad of shape, just a few cracks so I kept it and stuffed it back behind the spare tire so I have a back up, just in case.
