As for the alternator, I picked it up polished. It's a brand new unit too. I got it from an ebay store...I believe A-1 Truck. My old alternator, while working fine, just looked out of place with all the new flash. I was ready to start grinding on it, when I stumbled on the site. I paid $150 for it, and also got a brand new starter from them for another $50...so, for $200 (shipped mind you), I was able to replace parts with a bit of flash. Best yet, I sold the old starter for $50, and I'll probably be able to $50 for the old alternator.

The hose kit is missing one hose...it attaches the bottom passenger side nipple on the radiator to the waterpump flow restrictor. I simply picked up a 14" length of hose, and used a coiled bender to form the bend. Goodyear was informaed about the missing hose years ago, and has never updated the kit.

wow thanks alot man. i just ordered mine. lol. ima wait on the hose kit. i dont wanna over do it. lol. i gotta work on the inside of my car. that thing is trashed lol. again looking very very nice.

I think the 93-94 hose kit is different than the 95-97 hose kit, because of the different routing of the steam line from the back of the heads, and the lines to the thbrottle body coolant plate.
