Hi folks, New to the forum. looks like a great place to share info.

At any rate. Have a 95 v6(3.4) camaro and the tranny has finally gone. I have a guy that has a wrecked 2000 firebird with the 3.8 V6.

Would that tranny from the firebird work in the camara?

Both automatics.. I'm thinkin they will bolt right in, but didn't know if crossmember braces were different or even electrical connections.

    Thanks for the info folks.

I believe the bellhousing is different...not sure.

    3.4 is a 60* engine...the 3.8 is 90*

      Doesn't the 3800 run a 60* bellhouse even though it's a 90*? I thought I read somewhere it does.
