What antifreeze to use?

I have a low level on hy TA and need to top it up. Seen some threads here recommending Dex Cool and then I found this thread

Nowadays you can buy coolant that works in any system. It's a no-brainer. Just buy and pour it in.
We don't need another controversial thread about Dexcool. It's all been said and all lawsuits have been settled.

Preston has a product with 50% GM approved DexCool plus 50% destillated water, named Prestone 50/50 Extended Life Antifreeze and Coolant.
11 bucks in Autozone.

I've been used it about 2 years ( changed once each year) without a problem: deposits, overheating.

First time I heard about the law suits that's why I was surprised.
