Those are not Z06 wheels. Those are export Corvette wheels.
    Z06 wheels look like this.

Well, I knew they didn't look like normal Z06 rims but I have never seen these before.

Are these the dreaded 65 mm offset? Could I get spacers or something?

They are a $3000 option on the Vette. They are magnesium. Very light wheels.

Anybody have the offset specs for vette wheels? I'm particularly interested in the C5, Z06 and Magnesium rims from 98-01

you mean like these ZO6 's
these meet the specs of the vette front wheels
17x9.5 im not sure what the offset is though

On a previous thread, someone mentioned they had a spec sheet for vette wheels from Vette Mag. I think it was Fred. I am most worried about the offset.

Yes, I have the dimensions on the C5 wheels from VETTE magazine, but it doesn't mention the export wheels. I believe in 97/98 when the C5 first came out, those wheels were on all the export cars, and available as a ~$2,000 "option" on the domestic models. I thought they stopped offering the option on the later C5's. Its hard to understand why the seller is calling them "Z06" wheels, since I don't recall them ever being used on a Z06.

                  Rare 1998 "Export" C5:

                  Additional info from the web:

                  Export Standard Aluminum 5-Spoke RPO QF3 *
                  Front - 17" x 8.5" - #9592613
                  Rear - 18" x 9.5" - #9592615

                  * The Exports have a different offset measurement at the mounting point so as to bring the wheel and tire in-board under the fenderwell approximately 1/2 inch. These wheels can be identified by a Black Line drawn around the circumference of the wheel between the beads. This Black Line will be seen only when the Tire is removed from the Wheel

                  Domestic / Export Magnesium 5-Spoke RPO N73 **
                  Front - 17" x 8.5" - #9592638
                  Rear - 18" x 9.5" - #9592640
** These wheels have always had the offset to meet Export requirements
The magnesium wheels were made by Speedline. Maybe you could contact them.

Thanx Fred. I'm beginning to think these are going to be too much of a PITA. I have a feeling that they are even more offset than 65 mm.

And the seller is wrong, they are not Z06 wheels, they were a $3k option on all Vettes in 98,99... The last year they were offered only for Z06 but they had been optional for all Vettes in 98, 99.
