79 trans am with a 70 camaro front clip?

Hey guys I was just wondering if it would be possible to put a 70 camaro front clip onto a 79 trans am along with the rear taillight panel of a 70 camaro??? Im pretty sure that the front clip will be a piece of cake but Im not too sure about the taillight panel! any constructive input would be greatly appreciated Thanks!!!
