Electric waterpumps. Are they worth it? And how much trouble are they?

I had Meziere on my 96 WS6. I know the guy that bought it still has it on there. 3 years and still going.
They are great if you go to the track a lot. But if I had it to do all over again, I'd probably pass unless the stock waterpump was dying. You're not loosing hardly any power driving the stocker.Rob
