looking at a 98 z28 is this a good deal?

I AM LOOKING AT A 98 Z28 WITH A LS1.
IT HAS 95000 MILES W/4SPEED AUTO.
IT HAS BEEN IN A FENDER BENDER AND THE RIGHT SIDE T TOP LEAKS A LITTLE.THE CAR IS PRETTY CLEAN.
I CAN GET THE CAR FOR 8,350 DRIVE OUT
WHAT DO YA'LL THINK.
P.S THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN FIXED AND WHO EVER DID IT DID A GOOD JOB.

KBB put it's "third party value" at 7685 with t-tops and CD in "good" condition. I wouldnt buy it for much more than that. Keep in mind you should try to leave yourself at least a grand to do some work on it after it is yours.

Take a printout of the estimate with you and offer a lowball offer below the kbb quote. Work up in $300.00 increments from there. Go home to "think it over" during the haggeling, let them think you dont really want it that bad.
