What trim do I need to take loose to intall Headliner?

Hi Guys!
I have a 1997 Formula (Non T-Top)with 39Kmiles on the odometer. What trim will I have to take loose? What are some tips? How does the headliner go around the seatbelt restraints in the top of the car? Do I have to remove the seatbelt restraints from the ceiling of the car?

there is a slice in the headliner for for the seat belts, just take donw that trim, the sail panels, a pillar covers, rear cover on back of headliner, dome light and visors( not sure if its the same as a third gen, thats what i had to remove to get mine out)

I know how to remove the pillar trim because I had to take them off to replace the dash pad, but how does the other trim come lose? what kind of retainer is holding it and where at on the panels is the retainers so I will know where to look for them so that I might not break them.

I dont know how much the 3rd gens and 4th gens are the same, on the sails i just slide the fabric part of em up and there was screws showing. i think if you check shoebox site he might have a write up
