Need Help removing the following part please see picture!

Hi Guys!
I have a 1997 Formula with 40Kmiles. I need to take the headliner out. I think I have an idea of what must come lose in order to do this except one part or two.

Please look at the two pictures I have taken and if you know how to get them out without breaking them please tell me!

those trim pieces for the seat belt are held on by clips in the back, gently pull down on it and it will come down, they dont come off the seat belt(my third gens one didnt atleast) and the second one is a cover, take a small flat head screw driver and pop it open and remove the screw/bolt
