Ricer
Just do a search for "ricer boy." Ricer is a term used to identify car owners (domestic as well as foriegn) who don't have performance cars, but wannabe by looks, and or credentials like stickers, and emblems i.e.. VTEC emblem on a Honda older than the VTEC technology. -
