Brighter Headlights

I know this subject has been beaten to death but I cannot find any info specific to a 96 TA. Is there any kit out there? Any one do something homemade that worked? I'm desperate.

The oem headlights suck. I could probably install a couple of Bic lighters up front that would be brighter.
