1994 Pontiac Firebird

So we recently purchased a 94 Firebird for my fiancee. We paid 1600 for it, it has 107k miles on it and its a v6 auto. The car is in really good shape there is just a few problems with it that I would like to get fixed. first off, the top of the passenger door is separating causing the window to not hold tight against the seal so you get wind noise on the highway. I was just wondering if there was a certain metal adhesive you guys would recommend to stick it back together. The rear view mirror was ripped off. A new one came with the car but there is a chunk of glass missing from where the old one came out. Is there something I could use to fill in the hole that I can still stick the mirror too? Lastly, when the headlight motors close they buzz for a good 15 seconds after they close. Is there a way to time the gears differently so they arn't grinding like that. Would like to get this car in mint condition for her, any help would be greatly appreciated.
