Meg's Mecha rework is instant chaos

I immediately tested Meg's Mecha rework in friendly rooms in the nulls brawl private server and it is just as broken as everyone said. Doing 3000 damage instantly upon jumping into the suit is completely unfair. At least we can ban her easily in private matches.
