    ... and it's been bad-@$$ ever since.

Gas tank was empty when I got it, so while filling it up I noticed the front right tire was really low. It hadn't been like that last week when I first looked at it so the tire must have a slow leak. But I should be getting my new 17" wheels next week so it shouldn't be a problem.

And just in general, can I get pretty decent tires for $100 apeice, or am I gonna have to pay upwards of 250 a tire just to get good ones?

Count on spending some dough for those tires. Assuming a 275 40 17 tire size, the cheapest I have really seen are at Pep Girls for about 150-160 each. That is no Goodyear either. You could probably do a little better on the internet, but plan on spending.

NITTO NT555RII's are around $180 each and are designed for street, and auto cross use. they are a nasty tire and are not to be confused with the NITTO NT555R drag radial. check them out some time.

Its a Fujifilm Finepix 4900zoom... 6x optical zoom, 6.2 mp interpolated super CCD. Got it a couple years ago so its pretty antiquated by now, but it still works great.

Check out this place for tires Vulcan Tire I just bought a set of the Falken Ziex 512 tires for my 68 Camaro. The have a nice tread pattern, decent treadwear rating and are Z-rated. Ken might know more about them, but they look decent to me.
