  • 2000 vs 2002

Ok guys time to pick your brains. I keep hearing that the 2001-2s are alot "stonger" then the 98-00s. Isnt the only thing that is differnet the intake? and if i change it, im right at the same level? If its more than that, please explain.

Not just the intake... but less restrictive emissions provisions (EGR) and hotter cam, too.

But as I am sure some guys are gonna point out... there is A LOT of variation from engine to engine, even in the same model year LS1s... so nothing is ever for sure stronger.
