What would happen if i remove my EGR and Air Pump? Will i have to reprogram computer? Will there actually be performance gains and how much?

There is an EGR mod that can be done that won't set an SES light. It involves cutting down the tube that enters the manifold that distrubs airflow. If you delete it completely you will need to reprogram the computer. The air pump is more of a load on the electrical system than anything else. IMHO, I wouldn't touch it.
