HUH? Decatur is the county seat for Dekalb county. Atlanta is mostly in Fulton county. damn straight. We here in atlanta try to dissasociate ourselves from georgia as much as possible. If you've ever been to georgia (and i mean somewhere OTHER than atlanta), you understand why. I think the saying goes something like "Atlanta may be in the middle of georgia but there's not a bit of georgia anywhere in atlanta".
